Baskets to Store Dirty Kitchen Towels and Sponges

Bronze Post Medal for All Time! 131 Posts

Dirty towels stored in smaller baskets in the laundry room.I like to wash some items separately from others. This includes all of my kitchen hand towels, dish sponges, dust cloths, and cleaning rags. To keep them from getting mixed in with the other laundry, I store the used towels/sponges beneath my sink in small dollar baskets. I have one for bleach and one for non-bleach. I have another two baskets in my laundry cabinet for soiled cleaning rags and dust cloths.

This definitely works for me and helps washing these items together a lot easier. I no longer have to sift through my huge laundry basket. Instead, I simply grab the one small basket of items I want to wash and toss them in the machine!
