Total Time: 50-55 minutes
Yield: 3 loaves
Ingredients:
- 1 pkg. butter pecan cake mix ($1.59)
- 1 small pkg. butter pecan instant pudding mix ($.89)
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup oil
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Steps:
- Combine all ingredients except nuts. Mix well with electric mixer. Stir in nuts by hand.
- Pour into 3 greased loaf tins.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-40 minutes.
