Buy Now and Pay Later Home and Garden Sites?

Judy has brought up an important point about being watchful/careful of high interest rates.

Most of sites shown are going to have higher interest rates (like most popular stores - Target, Walmart, K-Mart, Sears, Penney's, Belk's, Staples, Big-Lots, Fingerhut, Lowe's, Home Depot, etc) that most of the time go by an individual's credit score. If you have a good to better credit score then you should not be using/needing a store credit card or store account. Interest rates on many credit cards are less if you fall in that bracket.
This year's financial reports state: Store-Branded Credit Cards Charge All-Time Average High 23.84 Percent Interest Rates.

Each person has to be responsible for their actions and decide if an item they are wanting should be something bought on time at a high interest rate or either do without it or save up money for the purchase.

i do know there are many reasons why people have fair to bad credit scores so I do not ever try to judge other people's spending habits - I just tend to take care of my own.
