Overstock.com has a plan like that and they have some garden stuff.
There are probably a lot of places that will let you do this but most of them will still require credit information as well as income etc.
It is possible that Fingerhut may be more lenient and they have a large variety of items.
Make sure these places are not charging high interest rates for the privilege of paying later.
Judy has brought up an important point about being watchful/careful of high interest rates.
Each person has to be responsible for their actions and decide if an item they are wanting should be something bought on time at a high interest rate or either do without it or save up money for the purchase.
