Check for Utility Discounts

Check with your cell phone provider to see what discounts you may qualify for. Most people are aware that auto insurance companies give discounts, but are not aware that cell phone companies do as well.

While adding an additional line to our family plan for one of the kids, we found we qualified for discounts because of where my husband works and because we are both fire fighter/EMTs. There were also discounts because of his military status. Now I am wondering if it is possible other companies have discounts as well. With my next few utility payments I make, I will be certainly asking.
