Chinese Noodle Salad
- 1 head cabbage
- 8 green onions and tops
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 lb. package slivered almonds
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
- 5-6 packages. Ramen noodles, break into small pieces
- 1 cup salad oil
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup white vinegar and the seasoning packet from the noodles
Chop and mix the cabbage and onions. Brown rest of ingredients in 350 degrees F oven until brown and add to cabbage and onion mixture. Add dressing.
