I use this tip found on ehow; I used to simply swish the feathers through cornstarch but that never seemed to get the feathers really clean.
Warning-the ehow tip is fiddly, lol! But it also works very well! I got a nicotine stained pair of feathered angel wings looking like new with this tip:

I have three Angels and they weren't stored correctly the wings have turned yellow and the feathers are falling out,can they be saved
