Cleaning Dirty Smelly Aprons?

My daughter works at a deli and her aprons are greasy and stink. I read some of the answers, but they didn't say how much baking soda or vinegar to use.

Start with 1/2 cup and increase as necessities

It would help to soak them in boiling water as well. Dawn dish detergent works well for getting out grease stains.
