Put the old cookie sheet in the sink add a little water and add some baking soda and peroxide. Leave it soak for about 1 hour and the grime should wipe right off.

Brillo pads and foaming bubble bathroom cleaner works great.

Thanks for the tip. I used a good cookie sheet to catch drippings and they burnt on. The baking soda and peroxide did the trick.
