You can cook anything a regular oven cooks. It just cooks it a bit faster.

Although I have several small kitchen appliances, the Galloping Gourmet Convection Oven still remains a favorite standby. I believe you will enjoy using it and it is very easy to use so look at everyone's suggestion and find your kind/style of recipes.

• I always like to start with an appliance's manual as it usually always has use and care instructions as well as some basic recipes. Here are links to the Galloping Gourmet Convection Oven as well as the Decosonic oven as they are actually the same product. There is a little difference in their manuals.
• When you click on the link you may get a caution notice but it is safe; it is a pdf for you to read/save or copy.

• I have also provided a link to the Quick Reference Card which is always a handy thing as it has basic instructions in a condensed fashion. You can print this and keep close by when using your oven.

• If you find that you like using your oven I would suggest you buy a cookbook or two as this will give you a wide variety of recipes to choose from. Many times you can find these cookbooks at thrift stores but most of his books are inexpensive if found on eBay.
