Copycat Beef Stroganoff and Fajita Mixes?

Hi, does anyone have a recipe (clone) list for McCormick Beef Stroganoff Mix and Lawry's Fajita mix ?

It is so frustrating when they just stop making things.

I have tried this recipe in the past and it comes the closest to the Beef Stroganoff seasoning from McCormick. it is a great recipe and simple to make. This one might work for you if you want to make it and try it. m.cookeatshare.com/.../homemade-ground-beef-helper-mix-299402

As for your Fajita mixes, I have used this mix for a very long time and it is delicious. This one is simple to make and you can store it in a bottle and use as much or as little as you like. You can try this one www.adishofdailylife.com/.../

Just keep in mind a lot of recipes like this are to your liking and taste. I find out that they are actually better than the real deal and you can spice them up a bit if you like them a bit more spicy.

McCormick Beef Stroganoff Mix and Lawry's Fajita mix have not been discontinued but there is a shortage of both of these spices according to McCormick. McCormick Beef Stroganoff Slow Cooker Mix has been discontinued.

Message from McCormick:
"We still make our Beef Stroganoff Seasoning Mix. We are temporarily out of stock on some of our products due to the heavy demand on our packaging supply. We are working hard to get these products back on shelves. ~ Erica

Lawry's Fajita mix can still be found online:

www.amazon.com/.../B00BFSPBUU (Affiliate Link)

There are some very good recipes for both mixes but most will need to be changed in some way to suit your own personal taste.

I have a friend who owns a small restaurant and since we are in Florida she has remained open (In some capacity) for most of this difficult time and she says it is difficult to find any of these mixes not only McCormick but all brands.
