This is a simple way to make your hot dog wieners look like chopped fingers. Add a little ketchup and it takes that creepy turn. Have fun!

Ingredients:

  • pack of hot dogs
  • water
  • cooking oil
  • eggs
  • ketchup
  • buns

Steps:

  1. Cut off very thin slivers off the hot dog tips to make fingernails. Cut some of the dogs in half for the omelette but keep some long ones for the hot dog buns.
  2. To make joints and wrinkles in the fingers, make small incisions on both the long and halved wieners. Do not cut all the way through.
  3. Boil dogs as usual, until cooked.
  4. Beat the eggs and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Add a light drizzle of cooking oil to a nonstick pan over high heat. Swirl oil around. Pour in beaten eggs and tip pan to spread.
  6. Fold omelette in half, slide onto plate and decorate with halved fingers and ketchup.
  7. To make the gory hot dogs, boil the full length wieners until cooked.
  8. Place in bun and squirt with ketchup.
