Cupcake Liner Ornament

This a simple and cute ornament that looks like a carnation. All you need is a ball, some glue, and some cupcake liners. I like using metallic liners because they reflect light very nicely!

Total Time: 30 minutes

Yield: 1 ornament

  1. Poke a hole into the ball with a needle.
  2. Stick both ends of the piece of string into the hole.
  3. Hot glue the hole shut with a drop of hot glue.

  5. Grab a cupcake liner and bunch it up with your fingers.
  6. Put hot glue on the base of the cupcake liner then stick onto the ball. Continue all the way around.

Very cute! I had a lot of cupcake liners from butter cookies. I tossed them all out though.
