Living Succulent Pine Cone Decor - sitting versionSucculents give off baby plants all the time. You can transfer them to grow on pine cones covered with a bit of moss. This makes for a cute centerpiece or hanging decoration while they grow. It's a pretty way to propagate!

Steps:

  1. If you are going to make the hanging version, start by screwing the hook into the base of the pine cone. For the sitting version, continue without the hook.

  3. Soak the moss in water, then squeeze out the excess water. You will always want to keep the moss wet so the succulents can grow. Tuck pieces of moss into the pine cone. They will tuck into place nicely on their own.
  4. Living Succulent Pine Cone Decor - tuck the dampened moss into the cone

  5. Use little succulent florets or take off leaves from larger succulents.
  6. Living Succulent Pine Cone Decor - add succulent rosettes or leaves by pushing them into the moss

I just started to grow succulent plants not so long ago. I normally make a hanging bamboo and coconut planter to grow mine in. They are so easy to grow and look great growing in everything.l

That sounds excellent. I had no idea until recently how easy they are to grow :)
