Our white Shih Tzu isn't eating. She's drinking a little, but we can't figure out why she's not eating and getting weaker. She's also grunting and coughing. Anyone know why she might be doing this?

She may have a blockage in her intestines she can't pass.
You need to get your dog to the Vet. immediately. She sounds to me to be very seriously ill.
Something is obviously very wrong and any further delay may only worsen the problem and cost more!!! Please take your dog to your vet immediately!!!
