My 2 year old Lab peed on our bed where she sleeps. This has never happened before. She would always bark and let me know to be taken out. I am shocked.

Did she just do it once?? If so, it was probably an accident or she may have been dreaming. If its been several times, take her to the vet to check for a uti.
Your dog may have a urinary tract infection. If it happens again call the vet.
