Dried lemon slices make great a great garnish. They are also a flavorful ingredient in many recipes. It is easy to dry lemons at home.

  1. Preheat oven to 170 degrees.

  2. Wash and dry the lemons.
  3. Cut, unpeeled, into thick slices.
  4. Discard the ends.
  5. Place the slices on a wire rack and place it on a cookie sheet.
  6. Dry the lemon slices in the oven for 4 hours.
  7. Remove them and continue to air dry.
  8. Store them in an air tight container.
