I washed a pair of Khaki pants accidentally with a rust colored shirt. The shirt bled in splotches on the pants, how do I get it out?

See if the khaki pants are colorfast--if they are, you can wash or soak them in bleach--diluted, of course. Turn the pants inside out and find an inconspicuous spot to test--a pocket or waistband. Put a teaspoon of bleach in 2 cups of water, then dab on some bleach solution on a spot and wait 2 minutes.
Sometimes just washing it a few cycles works. You could also try adding an oxygen based bleach or some vinegar to the wash in cold water.
I've also heard cheap toothpaste helps remove red dyes, they say to rub it in wait a couple of minutes and then rinse thoroughly
