Easy 7-Up Peach Cobbler

This is a Weight Watcher recipe I found on the internet. You can use any lemon lime diet soda, and you can use any frozen fruit. This is worth 4 points per serving on Weight Watchers. I am just posting it because it looks really good.

Ingredients:

Steps:

  1. Spray a 13x9 inch pan with nonstick spray, like Pam.
  2. Spread frozen peaches in the pan.
  3. Sprinkle the yellow cake mix over the frozen peaches.
  4. Pour 7-Up over the cake mix and peaches.
  5. Cover with foil.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees F.
  7. Uncover and bake for 40 minutes.
  8. Serve and enjoy.

You can use regular in place of the diet. It will be sweeter but not inedible. I have seen this type of dump cake made with all sorts of different types of soda and fruit.

Yes, canned peaches (or any fruit) would be fine but it will add sugar to the recipe. I might try pouring off the juice to reduce the sugar slightly.
