Easy Canned Fruit Cobbler

Try this easy cobbler with ingredients you have on hand.

Total Time: 10 minutes prep, 25 minutes bake

Yield: 9, depending on how you cut it

Ingredients:

Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place butter in round or square baking pan. Put in oven and let it melt.
  2. Advertisement

  3. In the meantime, take sugar and evaporated milk. Blend until smooth batter.
  4. Take pan out of oven, butter should be turning brown around edges.
  5. Pour batter over butter and add fruit. Batter should be starting to cover over the fruit.
  6. Bake at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes. Reduce to 350 degrees F and cook another 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Can be served with ice cream
