Erase Permanent Marker from Anything

How do you get permanent marker out of fabric?

Rubbing alcohol takes out permanent marker on anything. With fabric, you will see the stain spread a little when you are putting on the rubbing alcohol (don't panic); you just continue rubbing the fabric against itself and running water over it. It works miracles. (01/12/2010)

Permanent marker on glass. Baking soda and a dab of any dish detergent made into a thick paste. Spread paste on marker spot let sit for three minutes. Scrub with a small ball of aluminum foil (use a little elbow grease). Aluminum foil (balled) works wonders on pot and pans as well. Just recycle what you cooked with. No need for the disgusting Brillo pad! (01/18/2010)
