I would contact your local humane society and ask if they can refer you to someone, also you might try your local animal rescues besides the humane society as they can sometimes get cheap veterinary care. Another thing you might want to do is check out your local feed and seed store and talk with someone who works there. They are often knowledgeable about animal conditions or problems and might can recommend a treatment or direct you to someone they know who is affordable.

2. CareCredit is another site that offers pet owners a way to pay for vet bills. You can find out if one iof the vets in your area will accept the CareCredit and apply for this online: www.carecredit.com/.../
3. Also check AZ Pet for a vet in your area that accepts payment plants. www.arizonapetvet.com/paymentplan.php
4. Check to see if you have an International Pet Hospital in your area. They also do payment plans. www.intermountainvet.com/payment-options
