Finding a Vet that Will Take Payments?

Within 3 days one side of my dog's mouth has swollen horribly. I think it's an abscess or tumor. I don't have much money. I need to find a vet who will let me make a payment plan in Butler county PA. Please help. I'm so scared for my baby.

Take the dog to the SPCA or Humane Society.

You could Yelp local Vets (with decent ratings of course) and call their number ask if they accept payment plans.

Be sure and try your humane society. They often have reduced cost veterinary care available, or they can tell you someone who does. Check with local rescues too.

If all else fails you can surrender your pet to a no kill (be sure and ask) humane society and it will be treated and rehomed.

Prayers for the pup. Have you tried PVSEC off of I-79 (the Camp Horn Road Exit)? They treated our Clarence a few years ago and were amazing and they do have payment programs. They saved his life. You have to talk to them upfront before you go to see if they will work with you on a payment program. They did have a bunch of options when we used them. They were very nice to us...not sure if has changed. Their number is (412) 366-3400. They are open 24 hours.

I have not dealt with them, but Butler Veterinary Associates www.butlervet.com/.../

They are off of Route 8 on North Main. They say on their website they have a payment program. They are open 8 to midnight and their phone number is 724-283-2345

You could also call Animal Friends on Camp Horne Road and see if they can get you into a program that would help. They are another group that I love. That was where we adopted our boy. They are open every day, during regular business hours. Their number is 412) 847-7000

Blessings and healing prayers! Please post back with an update.
