Put the egg salad in a bowl, and put paper towels on top. Press in the paper towels to squeeze out some moisture.

You can also add some cubed cooked potatoes to absorb some liquid.

Some suggestions:
Adding more eggs is the best choice.
Refrigerate for an hour to see if it thickens some.
But if way too much liquid you could try adding chopped up boiled potatoes.

Some suggest using celery and chopped potatoes.
Some add crushed Saltine crackers (but not much!).
Even a tablespoon or so of nice bread crumbs.
Others recommend straining off some of the liquid or using paper towels to soak up excess.

I would put a liner in a strainer like a coffee filter or gauze cover to protect delicate flavors. Set the whole thing into ( or onto a bowl to catch drippings.) The next morning should be great. Just go easy next time.
