Freezing Carrots?

Freezing carrots is very easy, just peel the carrots, cut them in slices, put them in a plastic container with lid and freeze. So when you want them just take what you need and plunge it in hot water. If you have far too many carrots you can make carrot cake and freeze it in slices, it's wonderful. Petra
