Know your recipe or amount you will need. You cannot individual fry them once altering into solid state, but if you scramble or use in cooking or baking, just open the eggs and store in plastic bag/seal a meal to amount. And Zip or seal bag. Freeze in bottom part of freezer, it maintains a longer frozen shelf life there. To use, thaw in fridge first.

If I have had too many eggs what I do is use an ice cube tray and freeze the eggs first in the ice cube try. Then take them out of the try and put them in a zip lock bag and store them in the freezer. I find out this one works best when you need to store eggs to use later on.

Just crack them open and put them in a large cup. Now mix them together and pour the liquid in an ice cube try and freeze them. Now you can take out one or two of the frozen cubes and use them to cook with or even make a cake with.
