Can spaghetti squash be frozen?

Spaghetti squash can be frozen. Cut squash in half and remove seeds. Bake cut side up at 375 degrees F for 30-40 minutes until tender. Cool, and use a fork to remove the strands to a freezer container or bag. Freeze. Hope this helps.

My mom would cook the squash in the microwave & when cool she would scrape the softened insides & then dust it with cornstarch before placing in plastic zip lock bags. I think the cornstarch kept it from sticking (?)
