Frozen Banana Cranberry Salad

Frozen whipped cream and tropical fruit. Really nice!

Yield: 12 - 16 squares

Ingredients:

Steps:

  1. Drain pineapple juice into medium bowl and set pineapple aside.
  2. Advertisement

  3. Put bananas into the juice.
  4. In another large bowl combine cranberry sauce and sugar.
  5. Remove bananas, discarding juice, and add to cranberry mixture.
  6. Stir in pineapple, whipped topping, and nuts.
  7. Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish.
  8. Freeze until solid.
  9. Remove from freezer 15 minutes before cutting.

You are very welcome. I won't post recipes I think are not healthy because I know habits are what make up our lives, and we can get used to eating certain foods, and then they become habits. I have so many recipes that I would never make from them being unhealthy. I am glad to post recipes that contain ingredients that are great and healing to help others.
