Grants for Fire Victims?

The place where I was staying in Clark county in Washington had a house fire, and now I am temporarily housed in a luxury hotel. I am looking for a grant to rent this apartment with advance rent/deposits too. Does anyone know of any grants that are available for this need?

This is what credit cards are for. You can't afford to continue living in a luxury hotel. It will eat up your finances. I know of no grants for this situation and applying for one and waiting for approval would no doubt take months while you spend thousands on hotel bills.
Find a cheap apartment with a month-to-month lease and pay your deposit and first month with credit. Then you have time to look for something more permanent without throwing more money down the drain.

Your answer sounds so logical. However, what you don't know is that the homeowner's insurance company is paying for the luxury hotel. And I am looking for an apartment, but require additional financial support to initiate the lease.

I don't live in Washington. Something state specific may be available? Hang in there.

we lost everything and our insurance company isn't helping us, nor will they even pay for contents. Insurance companies are not helping us, the Red Cross is.
