Ingredients:

  1. I cut the tip of the artichoke and the pointy leaves.
  2. A collection of artichokes.
     
    Cutting the tips off of the artichoke leaves.

  8. Artichokes cooked prior to being grilled over charcoal.

  9. Drain and prepare oil with dash of salt and freshly squeezed lemon wedge. Brush all over the artichokes.
  10. Oil and a brush, for preparing the grilled artichokes.
     
    The artichoke halves, ready for grilling.
     
  11. Over a grill, grill for 5 to 10 minutes, or until artichokes are nicely charred and with grill marks.
  12. Artichoke halves on the outside edge of a round charcoal grill.
