Homemade Foot Powder

Silver Post Medal for All Time! 433 Posts

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup of baking soda
  • peppermint essential oil, 12 to 14 drops

Mix well set aside overnight to dry. If there are lumps, sift it. Store in airtight container. I love this powder better than the store bought.

I use just plain old cinnamon oil. Put some on a tissue and rub all on the inside of the shoe (and outside if you wish). Doesn't take much. You'll smell cinnamon all day!
