Husqvarna Riding Mower Stalls When Brake Released?

I have a 2013 48" cut Husqvarna riding mower. It will start up and run all day in park. As soon as I release the brake, it dies. I have had the voltage regulator checked and it's good. I also checked the kill switch for the brake. Ideas?

i did. Not a problem. We suspect the seat safety switch but not sure.
