My birthday is October 18th and I will be turning 14. I'm planning on having a slumber party with a lot of my friends. I am sharing my birthday with my sister who turns 11 October 21st who doing the same thing as me. What are some ideas of things we can do? We are OK with ideas for both genders because some of us are tomboys.

Best to have a virtual back up plan if needed. The back up could be a virtual party for each group or one party where everyone plays a game together or watches a movie together or just hangs out and chats.
If you are able to have an in person party, think about a party where you have a cooking contest with teams or a contest to decorate cupcakes or a cake or cookies.
The food will be the entertainment and meal (or dessert). There can be prizes for best, funniest, neatest, messiest, etc. Then later you can play games and then in the morning have breakfast and everyone goes home.

You could do arts & crafts, baking, costume contest/with prizes, make up party, scavenger hunt outside( you could use silly gifts and gift card to give away) .
That is so sweet that you and your sister are sharing one birthday party and you are both having some of your friends over for a sleep over. One fun thing is have a PJ modeling competition to see who brings the craziest set of PJs to sleep in. You can tell them ahead oftime that you are going to do this.
