It looks like VIC 835. 835 is one of the markings for sterling so you can take this to a jewelry store or a place that buys gold and silver and get them to value it for you (if you are going that route).

The vic is either the maker or the pattern title. It is not one I am familiar with.

835 is the amount of silver it has. A jewelry store will give you the melt value for today's price.
