The small brown flying bugs are small brown house beetles. There are many varieties of house beetles and some of them do fly around. You can put out some sticky flypaper to trap them and get rid of them. If you see them around your home use your vacuum cleaner and vacuum them up and throw the bag away immediately.

The pictures are really of no use as they are blurred and to properly identify a 'bug' you really need to see the complete body and especially the legs - then, you can still get it wrong.

You may have something from the beetle family as these are the most common but since they are in a bedroom I'm not sure as most beetles like food from pantries, dog or cat food and sometimes plants.

Review some of this and see if there is any relation to your bug.

If you carefully look in your kitchen and do not find any bugs then you might want to investigate what the bugs may be eating in that bedroom.
Is there anything made with even a small amount of wool? Carpet? Closet? If any wool is found you may have carpet beetles.

You can always ask your county extension agency for help but you will need a couple of good (rather close up) pictures. They can help you and also give information on killing them.
