This one seems to be from the tiny tots series as well as the Rose Bud series.
I just love these tiny dolls and they are so easy to display.
Someone always comments on mine when they visit so I know I'm not the only one who likes them.
Marie Osmond has one of the most difficult signatures to recognize so you're not alone in not being able to read this brand.
It does appear that your doll may be missing her necklace and maybe a bracelet?
I cant make out the mark, but I can tell you this is a mass-produced doll worth nothing. It is number 8722 out of a large lot of them.
She is Marie Osmond's peace rose bud doll. She sells for $10-$30 on ebay. Do you have the box and all original paperwork?
