Is it black or gray? It resembles a long horn beetle (see link) but they are black.

If it is not black, and more gray, green it could be a Brachynema cinctum. alsphotopage.com/.../6587

Looks like a moth to me.
It could be the American Dagger Moth which is found in your area.

It's a male bee. A drone. He looks covered with pollen or dust. He's a fat guy. Queens are longer, but drones are wider (heartier) looking than regular female worker bees.
