Can someone please help me identify this dog? I'm 29 years old and have had it for 25 years. The tag information has worn off.

Russ, Dakin, Applause, and A&B Novelty company all made plushies with the thick eyebrows at various points, although more so in the 1980s, than the 1990--which is when you say you got yours.
When I first saw this cutie, I thought he was a"knock off" of an Odie plushie from Garfield Cartoon. He may be. He looks so familiar, I know I have seen him and probably sold him at one point or another when I worked in retail.
There is a Facebook group called Doll & Toy Identification Help. You can try asking there. They are quite helpful. You have to ask to join, post the photos, tell your story and ask for and ID. The have some basic rules, like you are not permitted to offer items for sale there or ask for values, but it is a fun group.
