Try going over your item with magnifying glass.You may find out the manufacturer.Send pics of your item to dealers,to see if they can tell you.

Most mowers I've seen have the name of the company who made them on the wheels. Did you check there to see what is written there. At times you can also find a medal plate on the mower that can identify who it was made by.

if you can not find any of this information at all the next step is to join a antique mower forum and speak with some collectors there. It is hard to say who made the mower without more information to go by.
