Hello my dog is a 4 year old Golden Retriever. He has little bumps of creamy white colour and black on his head. There is also loss of hair from that portion of his head. It's been about 2 weeks and I am giving aloe vera gel in that portion for recovery. Can you tell what is the problem?

It is actually very hard to diagnose the problem with the dog. The vet is the one who can run the tests and tell you if this is an allergic reaction to food, a growth, or another health issue. I would like to suggest that you take the dog to the vet and have him checked out as soon as possible. Food can cause the reaction you are describing here, so can heat, stress, or other things around the neighborhood when he goes out fo a walk. This could also be a form of cancer bump that needs to be treated. In order to feel good about all of this, it will be necessary for you to take the dog to the vet and have them looked at.

I would use the process of elimination to find out what it is. First I would put Neosporin on the area, and give it two weeks to see if it helps the area.
If it does do good, for the area, I would order some fish-mox from Amazon, and give him 9-18 mg per 1 pound every 8-12 hours. I would get the 250 mg fish mox. If this is going to help you will know really quickly.
Of course, the only completely safe way to go about this is to go to the vet. This is what I would do for my babies. It doesn't look cancerous to me. I have seen these before. Of course, I am not a vet, but I love to tell what has worked for me in the past!

You should take him to a Vet, this could be many things like, bites, allergies, cyst/ cancer, etc. Do not let this go on with your fur baby, he deserves and you deserve to know for his care.
It is very hard to tell from the photo, but it looks like it might be infected so I recommend having the vet check it out. Be aware some dogs have allergies and aloe is one of them so you may want to stop using that until you see the vet.
