I have some highlights that are just so beautiful, but it isn't that blinding (glowing, popping, etc.) as I wanted it to be. Any tips to make my highlight pop?

You probably dont have the right color highlight. Go to a beauty school for affordable highlights
I have (much younger than me) friends who swear by the shampoos that brighten dull highlghts. They can be found at Ulta or Sally beauty supply or even bigger drug stores. Best wishes!
