Does anybody have any hints on how old the doll is? The only mark is #007. No clue on age, history and value.

She is very pretty.
She looks very 1990s when dolls really reached their pinnacle. She may have been a kit doll that a mom dressed...the store outfits were ornate, but this is a little more ornate than many of the store outfits--in my opinion.
I date it in this era because the lace is machine made, the seams of all of the clothing look machine made, the little flowers look machine made also. Also the eyes are painted--older dolls often had eyes that were sleep (lids closed) and real lashes and her features are very modern looking with the paint, design, and expression.
You could ask on the Facebook group Let's Id our dolls!!! (that is exactly how it is typed). They can confirm if she is a kit or if she was a brand (I lean to kit because most brands mark the dolls with a name or signature). There are a few exceptions--she may be missing her hangtag and may be a Goldenvale or Dynasty Collection--those are two where the dolls who are missing hang tags are hard to identify because there are so many similar on the market.

I have to lean towards the fact that this doll was made from a kit. The reason I am saying this one is because of the hand-painted features on the face of the doll. The person who made this doll took every long time to detail the outfit they dressed the doll with. This was not a boughten dress that the doll is wearing but one that a person has handmade for the doll. She is beautiful and the person who made the outfit did an excellent job on this one. These types of kits were very popular from 1980-1992.
The number on the back makes you think of a kit doll as the molds were usually numbered like this but the face looks too equal/precise for it to have been painted by the usually 'Mom' type making one of these dolls in a ceramic workshop.
You might want to ask your question on several of the doll forums as these members have a lot of knowledge about antique/vintage dolls.
However, these forums ask for specific types of pictures and the basic ones are dolls with all clothing removed - full front and full back - both with and without clothing.
This may be a little trouble but most likely they will be able to tell you more about this doll but they will not tell you about value unless they show a listing for sale/sold online.

She is a nice doll, with great details and look. She does not appear older than made in the 80's , need a little more details on her. There are hundreds of this type of doll online. Sometimes if it is one of the collector brands, you could get lucky on close to asking price. Because it seems to be a generic doll, they often bring in sadly $5 to $20. Maybe sense the Holidays are coming up, you could maybe get a little more, with good staging and pictures to stand out from the hundreds on line.
