My mower warms up, but after 20-30 minutes it begins to bog down and finally dies. I've changed the gas line, filter, and fuel pump. I also changed the air filter and it has a new spark plug. There's new gas in tank and it has new oil. What else can be done to get it to run right?

Maybe you have an issue with the carburetor

One issue I have not seen addressed is that there could be something in the tank (debris) that is intermittently clogging the gas line. This is what was wrong with my D140 with the symptoms listed. I found it after doing all the same things that the others here have done.
