This is how I organize and keep my bar soaps fresh. I will cut a piece of the packaging (Dove Sensitive Skin) and tape it onto a brand new plastic baggie.

Instead of taping the label on the outside just slip inside bag between bag and boxes of soap.
Yes, that can be done. I just slipped it in a packaging label that I had.
Actually, you save more money by opening the bars and letting them dry out. It hardens the bars and so they do not dissolve as fast in water, and they last longer.
I agree, catkinson. Also if you store the opened bars in your clothes drawers it give a lovely scent to your stuff.

I find that when the bars are left out, the smell doesn't stay. I keep my soap up high in the shower so it doesn't dissolve as fast.
