I'm making centerpieces using dry manzanita branches for my daughter's sweet 16. What can I use to keep the branches from breaking off? I will decorate with LED lights, a few strands of crystals, and a few natural blooms for color. I want to keep the branches sturdy. I have 8 red manzanita branches. I want to keep from further branches breaking off, few did during delivery. What can I use to make them sturdy? Please help!

You can use clear strapping tape to fortify it before you hang decorations.
Can you put the branches in an upright pot with rocks or something to hold it up?
