I just got all white cabinetry. My floor is white. The backsplash has some beige in it. My walls are light gray. I want to add color with curtains. My dining area has a brown table with beige going through it.

If you are going for cool and natural tones, medium and darker blues and greens are great with the gray/white/beige combo and brown furniture. You can even pick out a few tones of each to create additional contrast.
They say to keep the kitchen within colours of the food wheel-- I think red would be great.
I would defiantly go with a green, it would complement the grey/beige and brown you already have in your kitchen !!
A beautiful turquoise color my bedroom is grey white and dark brown furniture and I switch between turquoise and Sea foam green and it always looks great and adds just the right pop
