Kittens Nursing on Each Other and Human Companion?

I have 2 10 week old kittens who still try to suckle off each other to fall asleep or off my shoulder because they sleep next to my head. Is that normal and how to I get them to stop? Mom stopped breastfeeding them around 7-8 weeks and mom lives in a different state, but they still seem to suckle.
