LG 15KG Front Loading Washer Will Not drain and Spin?

My JG 15kg washer can not drain nor spin. It did not display any error code. The self tests are OK.

You could have an unbalanced load, the wrong detergent, or too much detergent. www.lg.com/.../CT00000305-1337717767769-not-draining
