When my lotion becomes difficult to pump, I turn the bottle upside down and let it drain for a day or two. I can then run the pump through my fingers and get enough to do my hands again.

I've done this for years... only I set my lotion bottle in a coffee mug.

I do the same thing with Estee Lauder's "Perfectionist" With the price they charge for this product it really is a "must".
