I am going on holiday and wondering if it's OK to leave toilet cleaner in toilet while away for 2 weeks.

I have read that if it is the one you leave in the tank that it corrodes the parts inside. Since no one is going to be using the toilet, just leave it alone and clean it when you return.
I would NOT leave anything but water in a toilet while you are away. When I house sit, I always flush the toilets for the homeowner every day. If that is not possible (to have someone come in daily), even doing this once a week would help.
