I have a pre-lit tree and all the lights just went out. This tree has only been lit for 2 weeks (a couple of hours a night), we do not see a fuse to replace and the bulbs do not look burned out. Any ideas how to fix? Thank you.

Contact the manufacturer. If you just bought the tree, I would return it for another.
Check all cords to be sure they are plugged in.
Also try another plug, in case it is not the tree but a blown fuse.
